"The pool"

"Decent hotel, comfortable for short term stay, close to a lot of places to eat and starbucks across the street. Free breakfast and happy hour drinks are a plus. Parking felt secure however, I don't recall the booking page stating parking is $12 a day. Elevators were slow and walls are thin can hear people walking/talking from around and above. "

"Checking in was a breeze. Room was right off the elevator no hassle in having to look for it. Once we were in the room it was great walking into a very warm room when its so cold out. Very quite, could not hear any noises from the hallway or outside."

"Hard to find the Hyatt Hotel sign; had to ask where it was from a parking attendent in a different parking garage."

"Let me start by saying I never leave reviews so it has to be really good or terrible to make a review, This place was fantastic! Very friendly staff, great pool area (that opens at 7am which was great) with sectional jacuzzi’s which helps with the vibe. Room was clean, with a nice Mountain View. A/C worked great and black out curtains helped with sleeping in late after our concert, A 15 minute walk to Arcadia transit station made traveling super easy. Plenty of food options in the center...

"The apartment studio style room was perfect for our needs. Everything was full size including a dishwasher, stovetop, fridge, and microwave. What’s really awesome, is the fact that they thought of everything one needs in a kitchen. From sponge to ice tray in freezer, including dishes, pots, pans, and cooking tools! The bathroom was nice, but a couple details were missed by house keeping. However, upon notification, they came up and remedied the situation. I’d stay here again! "
