“That's OK”

“what I enjoyed is having breakfast and dinner at your pleasure. what I noticed was mold underneath rim in hot tub which needs attention immediately.”

“OK, this is a bad review because. 1) Toilet flooded on first flush. Through all the towels down to soak up water everywhere. Went to the desk. They said they would send somebody to fix it. He came and said it was fixed. 2) Toilet flooded again on next flush. Went to the desk. Asked to change rooms for the second time. They said I could not change room, as they would fix it. After the "fix" I Flushed once again, but I could see water creeping up. Not looking good. 3) Flushed again……

“It’s a very old hotel, the carpet was dirty and so was the parking lot. Definitely has seen better days. The front desk staff was very friendly. We were really tired from driving all day and just wanted to rest before our flight the next morning but apparently there is a race track nearby. Didn’t get much sleep at all from all the noise.”

“The southwest ambiance was a nice touch. the indoor pool and fitness center were perfect and family friendly. The only downside was the east side of the hotel rooms face the I-25 freeway which becomes the Indianapolis 500 (start your engines) at night. I would suggest a wall of artistic fabric separating the freeway from the hotel, or some large helium ballons to deflect the noise.”

“Helpful and friendly staff ! Willing to go above and beyond for a small property. Rooftop bar was excellent for views and drinks.”

“We stayed one night during a road trip and showed up very late (like 1 am) so we had to press a button outside to be let in but we were very quickly checked in and asleep in our room. The layout makes me think this place may have been a set of apartments at some point but the room was nice and the AC worked great.”
