"Hotel is great. Very large modern and clean room complete with cooking facilities. The hotel is a bit out of the way and the on site restaurant is very mediocre. Standard of food is very poor."

"The hotel is tired looking and could do with a severe revamp. However, the beds, bed linen and towels were clean and the shower was super hot and efficient. It was very cheap and therefore you wouldn’t expect more than you get. It is about 45-50 minutes from the centre of Milan, but because it was so cheap to stay we used Uber to travel back and for which was very convenient. "

"Hotel is nice but dated. Could use a little updating. Limited staff but that's the way things are these days. Breakfast was limited. Front staff did what they could to help with questions we had. In an industrial area but the town centre is a short walk/drive away and is very quaint. Front staff should promote that. A great restaurant in right next door. Made the stay much nicer. All in all it is good value for the price."

"Amazing Experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfortable yet affordable place. The hotel is very clean and calm . Also located in Melzo which is a classy neighborhood. The owner is very kind and helpful. I came late one day from Milan and it was rainy and dark . I didn't find any taxi and couldn't walk alone , I called recepetion and Elena the owner came by her own car and took me to the hotel. She made sure I have the best room and didn't mind changing it for me at first...

"The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation. There is a permanent smell of cigarettes throughout the property so they really should implement the NON-SMOKING policy. It’s very unpleasant. The rooms are comfortable but again, old shower, old furniture etc."

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and reception was very fast, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a residential area, so is quiet and secure at night. "The staff is, by far, the most courteous, thoughtful staff. I stay here every time I visit Crema as they know me by name. It is conveniently located near a grocery store, local eateries and the historic city centre. Do not pass up a chance to stay the night. Price is right as well."
