The multiple balconies allowed each family some private time to relax and watch the sunset or sunrise or just the happenings in the community. ”

“The house and location was great. It did have a yard area I didn’t see a garden. I don’t remember a washer and dryer but there is a washteria/ laundry mat as you are enter Surfside which I have used before. We hope this house is still there after Beryl hurricane. We loved it and will be back. ”

“We had a weekend at beach vacation at this property with my family. The location is good, it is a minute walk from the beach. The house is spacious for family of 5. The kitchen has enough tools to make your own meals and clean. Bathrooms were clean. There were hand soap and towels. A few down sides are; - ants were everywhere. They bit my kids. A thorough pest control is necessary. - the comforters and blankets were dirty. They even had tiny blood stains, we thought they were ant blood.……
