"We enjoyed our time at Center Park. They organized our elephant safari and taxis into town which was just a five minute drive. The staff were very friendly and the pool was a nice break from the heat. It was a bit dirty but the stagf cleaned it when we asked. "This place is a basic bungalow and for the price you can get something similar for much cheaper. In the middle of the night, a rat crawled across the floor and startled my girlfriend a lot. In the morning, we packed and I booked a hotel somewhere else at 4 am. We couldn’t stay here because we found it very dirty and not worth the price at all. It was very grimy and not even inexpensive for the location. I’d recommend staying somewhere else for the price or less. "

"Worst experience of my life. Filthy washrooms that we're stinking really bad. AC not working. Lights flickering in our room. The staff were laughing at us, they had 0 customer service skills. Then they would not take our hotels.com booking and wanted to charge us extra as they didn't want to Honor the rate we received from hotels.com - they made us leave the hotel and find another place as we refused to pay extra.
