“The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing my only complaint was I paid for a two queen bed room and upon check in they changed my room I then went down stairs and they switched my room to another one claiming it to have two queen beds well I get the key card go up to the room and it’s still one king bed so I go back down there another time they change my room I go back upstairs still one king bed so then I go back downstairs to the receptionist for the THIRD TIME and this nice gentlemen……

“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“Great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites. Went fur a bachelorette trip and was extremely impressed with this hotel. We stayed on the 15th floor in a very clean, large room. Bathroom was a good size and the shower had ample storage. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only a few walking blocks to Broadway. Would certainly recommend. Great value. Stay on the 15th floor, if possible— extra amenities are a nice touch. ”
