「The staff and parking facilities were satisfactory. The room was decent on the first day, but on the second day, we had to change rooms due to a strong odor. I believe this is a common issue in all Ibis hotels that have been renovated. 」

「A very bad smell was coming from the air conditioner and the bathroom throughout the night. Since we only stayed for one night, we did not have the opportunity to change the room. The bathroom was very cold; the edges of the window were not properly sealed and cold air was coming in. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Additionally, the curtains did not properly cover the window.」
