“Staff was really, friendly and everything was clean”

“The room was relatively clean, but VERY dated (carpets need replacing, stained lamp shade, kitchen cabinets a bit beat up, etc. Also, while the pics of the room showed 2 queen beds side by side, we were provided a 2-story room with 1 bedroom on one floor and the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd. The 2nd story was substantially warmer than the 1st. I feel this should have been disclosed upon check-in and asked if this arrangement would work.”

“I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!”

“I stayed in this hotel for one week had to change room four times. They had sheets and blankets that had stains on them. I had hair in my bed so that meant that the sheet probably was never changed. I had a clogged tub clogged sink one room that they switched us to the floor was soaking wet. One of the staff members in the maid department stole my hundred dollar bag a gentleman at the front desk lied about my bag when he said the room had a do not disturb on it, and he could not go up and knock……
