"Old & run down, not what we expected."

"Room could have been cleaner, corridors were dirty but staff were amazing. Breakfast was functional but atmosphere was cold. Swimming pool was cold but useable, sauna was great and hot tub was amazing. In close walking distance of amenities and near Fargo airport."

"Only problem we had was dog barking next door. Called the front desk. They took care of it in a half hour and never heard it again on three nights we stayed. Rooms were excellent. "

"Breakfast was basic, not too great but sustaining. The waterpark is awesome, my daughter loved the 2 hours we were able to swim during our 2 night stay. Winter hours were only 4pm to 9pm, so our vacation was about a month too early :("
