"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but our recent stay was disappointing. The room itself looked fine at first, but we found roaches during our stay. We purchased roach killer in hopes we would not bring roaches home. We should have know something was not right as we were told there was a booking issue and we could not stay in the unit booked. Then they tried to move us again. I think we should be refunded 100%. "

"A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! "We had a very nice 2-night stay. The room was good-sized and very clean and nice-looking. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wi-fi easy to access. Bathroom sparkling clean and well-equipped. Heads up - they don't do housekeeping until your 3rd day. Make your own bed! The pool area was perfect for us because we had little children. The hot tub wasn't very hot so the kids could tolerate it. The 6-inch children's pool with a little slide and a mushroom fountain in the middle was just the right size. The bigger pool was small and cold; might not have been the greatest for older kids. The breakfast was superb - wide variety, all piping hot and delicious. Overall a great stay!"
