「Cannot emphasize enough how incredible the stay at Cat Ba View Hotel was, and this is all credited to the amazing and hard working staff. When we arrived, Nam changed our room to give us a balcony and a view. He also gave us an overview of the island and the spots to check out. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast (recommend the chicken soup) and came back from our day to a fresh and clean room. Many thank-you’s.」

「Hôtel super sympa très belle chambre avec un très grand lit et une bonne literie, un accueil super sympa tout le monde est aux petits soins avec vous , vous avez l’impression de faire partie de la famille, il y a même un jeune réceptionniste qui parle 3 mots de Français, bien placé en plein centre avec de quoi manger ou boire un coup à pied la plage un peu loin mais faisable à pied aussi , une location de scooter à petit prix est disponible pour ne pas se casser la tête.. 「The staff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the stay, in particular with our allergen requirements (gluten). The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. The room we had was spectacular and very clean. All round a great experience and would highly recommend. 」

「The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… 」
