“It was good stay for me and my wife. Room and restroom were clean and bed was comfortable with clean covers. Sea view room has really nice view in the room and the terras and the hotel owner was so kind. He smiled everytime he saw us and tried to help us for everything we needed. “The staff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the stay, in particular with our allergen requirements (gluten). The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. Instead of going to Ha Long Bay, spend the extra time going to Cat Ba Island. It is just as beautiful but less touristy. We did two excursions with Asia Outdoors (trekking and kayaking) and they were fantastic! Love Cat Ba
