「Great staff and rooms were wonderful. Would definitely stay again」

「This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying...

「Room was not clean and very outdated. Customers were yelling at staff in the lobby every time we went downstairs because their rooms were dirty. Free breakfast/happy hour snacks were always empty and not refilled after multiple requests. Only good thing was the MTO omelet bar. The chef was very nice and professional. 」

「Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!」
