“I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Bantr Wausau. The "King Suite" I booked was completely misrepresented in the photos and descriptions online.
• False Advertising (No Bathtub): The photos for this room clearly showed a bathtub, which was a major reason I booked it. Upon arrival, there was no tub—only a poorly designed shower area.
• Awkward Layout: The room layout is very strange and inconvenient. The sinks are located outside in the main room area instead of inside a private……

“Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back.”
