“Overall, more of a great stay compared to an average stay. The location is ideal between different towns, and the parking is safe, well-lit, and secure. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean with nice toiletries. The staff is nice and attentive. The included breakfast is more than enough and better than most intercontinental breakfasts at other hotels. Our 3-day stay after the World Cup events was tiring so this place was nice to finish the day at. The only thing if anything, is that I tend to……

“There was no “ Hospitality” from the entrance and on a daily basis. There were many families with the FIFA games in Dallas but the breakfast area and tables were sticky, spills, and dirty floors. The desk response was “Oh we just wait til the breakfast is over then we clean…” unacceptable in any dining place. There was no plan to anticipate the need to keep the area sanitary. Very apathetic attitude.”

“I was looking for a nice place for our family to spend the night after a late stay in Arlington that met our expectations and price. We loved how helpful the attendant was and how clean and modern the lobby looked. Our room was clean and modern our beds were so comfy and the trundle bed I slept on was shockingly very comfortable. Loved our stay and will be staying here again.”
