"Checkin was Bad. Reserved a room with 2 queen bed, tried to put us, 2 adult & 1teenager in a one bed room with a fold out couch. Then tried to give us another room with a king bed. Not for all 3, but 2 rooms. Who was supposed to stay it which room. Couldn'tet teenager stay on one by himself, so who was he to stay with. Not acceptable. Finally got a room with 2 queen beds, nice room. Why was that so hard in the first place. Poor decision on the guy checking us in. Other then checkin, everything...

"I like the pool it was warm. We stayed more than one night when I asked the staff to clean the room. They had just brought new towel and left the beds unmade and the garbage full."
