「I don’t even know where to start, my stay at this hotel absolutely blew away my expectations. Nestled up in a gorgeous mountain village Tiers, the views of the landscape are breathtaking. Green pastures everywhere w/ a gaze at the Dolomites from afar & a lush forest in between. The hotel is super quiet & spotless clean. The aroma w/ candles burning.. puts u in a meditative state. Spacious room, comfy bed, rainfall shower ..organic soap & any appliance u may need (hair dryer etc), the attention...

「Everything was excellent, the bed could use a more comfortable mattress - not bad - but given the quality of everything else, I would think an upgrade to the quality and comfort to the mattress makes sense. 」

When I arrived the hotel was all closed, thank god the bar was open and the person kindly helped me. No air conditioning in the room, no hair dryer, asked for an iron they said that it's currently used by another client. Bad bedding, king size bed was in fact two 1 place mattresses together. Very uncomfortable to sleep as...

「Amazing place! Rooms are gorgeous with spectacular views. Pool and sauna area is beautiful with the same lovely views. Made to feel very welcome with some lovely touches in the rooms and communal spaces. Buffet breakfast was delicious and meal boxes a wonderful idea.」
