「The first room we had was right next to the air con outside the building and made a complete racket all night and kept us awake. The sink has a major crack across it. 「I stayed at Hotel Argana Agadir on an all-inclusive basis, but my experience was disappointing. There was no free water provided either in the restaurant or in the room, which is surprising for an all-inclusive hotel.
In the bathroom there was only bar soap instead of liquid handwash. Also, on the first day there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, which made the bathroom unpleasant to use.
These basic issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves these...

「No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality. 」
