“This review relates specifically to a situation that we had. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and during one of those nights the hotel had a number of school aged children that were running unsupervised up and down the halls and banging on doors, yelling, etc. We called down to complain twice and the second time the person at reception was quite rude and hung up on us- he was clearly frustrated as well. Quite a surprise to experience this in a 4 star hotel. While they apologized, they could have……

“Great location, good facilities, great breakfast, the staff is amazing! especially Irene. ”

“What a terrific property in such a great location. We rented four rooms (two were mini-suites that were slightly larger and had a balcony). The property was spotless and well maintained. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. You walk out the back door and you’re in the heart of Old Town Nafplion. We would certainly recommend staying here.”

“Place with character. Perhaps wouldn't describe room 33 as deluxe though, take a note that it has only small windows to the balcony. Plentiful breakfast.”

“是一間老旅館！住1樓樓下的房間，空間尚可，設計經典，室內燈光偏暗，窗外是小巷子，無景觀可言！房內附有自助式煮咖啡機，也可煮開水，很讚！景點就在旅館旁邊，走路1分鐘可到。早餐為自助式，樣式不多，但可吃很飽，自助榨橘子汁，都有希臘優格，有杏仁及核桃等可加在優格中，典型的希臘旅館早餐。旅館就位在KTAL bus station旁邊，去哪兒都相當方便。wifi 尚可。晚上10點前到旅館，才有人應門接待。”

“The apartment was fabulous: clean, bright, spacious, and beautifully organized. The breakfast offered lots of delicious choices. The pool area was spectacular, however, a bit small for comfort (depending on the number of guests). ”
