「Awesome place had a great time. The bike shop next door was extremely helpful for are stay. Place was very clean a little dated but so I’m I」

「Property was clean with enough space for a big family with kids. Furnishing and design was up to date. Overall, lovely place.」

「This place was not as advertised, and should honestly be taken down as an option to stay at until things get improved or drop the price significantly. It smelled horrible and old. It was freezing. The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way. The photos on this site do not represent to the real degree of what this place looked like. I took both videos...

「This house had it all! My kids and family had such a blast in the game room. It truly felt just like being at our second home. The entire house was stocked with the basic necessities and then some. We will be booking again!」

「Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin. This was definitely a weekend to remember! I proposed to my girlfriend here and it was everything and more than I could have dreamed of. Definitely one for the books! Very clean and amenities were perfect for any family 」

「Estuvo espectacular mi estadía , éramos 10 personas y todo estuvo increíble, un lugar ideal para ir con familia o amigos, todo queda muy cerca y la cocina tiene de todo. Excelente servicio 」

「Everything was great except communication with the host. 」

「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

「Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out...

「Overall, the cabin was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would recommend is for the board games to be complete and when you open the closets, there are blankets and pillows and other miscellaneous stuff just thrown. Also some of the cabinets had miscellaneous stuff that didn't belong in the cabin. The towels need to be cleaner and the living room area can use a set of curtains in the patio, doors. Gym equipment was in the way and a hazard. 」
