「After a 6 hour journey we arrived at the Capital Zimbali but main reception staff denied knowing about the apartment. We discovered the apartment is let by a private host and the hotel are fully aware of this. The reception could not have been any more unhelpful. 「I booked penthouse very nice rooms kitchen and dining areas , jacuzzi was nice as well however the wifi worst I have come across in along time almost non existent , response to complaints not good at all , squash courts were not available , the resort is very clean all round even thou they busy with renovations , check inn was a bit unprofessional but overall good location and had a good time 」
