"I reserved 2 room with occupancy of 3 & 4 but the In room supplies still only for 2 people. The body wash ran out in the middle of my shower. The hotel location is great and the room is very comfortable. The Valet parking is very convenient but cost $34 a day. Overall it is good."

"Everything -- facilities, staff, cleanliness -- was fine. The only drawback was the high level noise in the restaurant at dinner time, which force me and my friend to shout at each other across the table to carry on a "conversation". In particular, the disco music that came from the dancing room next to the restaurant was particularlly annoying."

"Wonderful hotel to stay at. You’ll need a car or for arrange transportation to get into Napa downtown or to wineries, but you would need to from any hotel. Comfortable, quiet, great amenities, and staff. This is my second stay at this hotel and is still as great as always. "

"We had a good stay, but the room we received was not what was pictured when I booked it, and also didn’t have a tub in the room as was depicted in the listing. That was very disappointing. I feel like we overpaid for what we got."

"The computer was down for payments at the restaurant and we were not able to split the bill with friends easily as we had to charge it all to our room."

"One of the Most beautiful properties we’ve been to… HOWEVER, if you’re a light sleeper it was horrible!!! The noise on the upper floor AND next door, the soundproofing did not exist!! We travel extensively & by far was the worst."

"Most dining is closed in the day. Also the adult pool has children. There is año strict policy. Also some staff were very rude and had no hospitality. "
