「Nice hotel with balcony overlooking the sea. But the room will be a bit hot as sunshine facing the room direct.」

「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. 」

「早餐很丰富，推荐。离history center走路20分钟左右，位置方便。」

「交通方便、快速入住、房間寬敞設備佳」

「Great hotel in an excellent location; throughly enjoyed our stay」

「Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. However the air conditioner was not working. Called reception and reported issue. A short time later they called back and said everything looks good on our side but refused to send out maintenance to verify even when I told them it was not working properly and the temp was at 25.5C. Thermostat was set at 19C. The next day I was contacted to see if problem still existed, yes it did! Technician came right out...

「The apartment was quiet and clean. It was a bit dark inside because half of the windows faced the street. Overall, the rooms were good. However, the hot water system needs some attention as it sometimes has trouble starting.」

「We loved staying at Villa de Andas. It is a historic building meticulously preserved and lovingly maintained with all modern amenities. Stepping inside instantly transports you to the times of glory of this ancient and beautiful city. The hospitality we received was impeccable.」

「We absolutely loved our stay in Cadiz and the apartment. It was so close to the centre and if we needed anything at all our host was able to provide an answer straight away」

「We've just come home after a 2 week stay in one of these amazing apartments. Having read online descriptions and reviews, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. But what Eric and Vittore have created here is truly phenomenal and they are perfect hosts. Communication before and during the trip was great and the list of recommendations they gave us was really helpful. The accommodation defies description and the roof terrace is simply beautiful. There are so many superlatives I could use that...

「Locaux propres. Mais pas d'intervention pour retablir les chaines tv, malgré promesse verbale le lundi! 」

「Pros: Excellent location near the central market, tons of cafes and supermarkets, and around a charming square. Property has high ceilings, excellent natural light and is cheerful, Nidia at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Code based entry excellent idea and does not require carryng around a card. What can be improved: The effective space is not very much, there's quite a bit of lost space due to long-ish passages and crannies; perhaps some furniture or storage could be added to...
