「Personalen i receptionen var överlag opersonliga, ja rent av kyliga. Vi kände oss inte välkomna. Möbleringen på rummet innebar att det var för smalt att gå fram till ena bädden. Ett gemensamt för smalt täcke, vilket gjorde att vi måste ligga nära mitten båda två. Vad är nyttan med en queensäng då? Alltid bättre med var sitt täcke. Frukostpersonalen betedde sig märkligt.
