"밤 9시까지 찬물만 나오고 난방을 이동형신일 난로하나로 추워 옷을 껴입니다 참다못해 항읠 하니 그제서 고장난 객실 이라고 밤 10시나되서 객실을 난방되는곳으로 교체해 주었음 너무 무성의하게 손님을 받았음 아무리 손님적은 겨울철이라도 너무 했음"
