“Love the cleanliness and unique design/decor. The location is amazing as well. We wished the indoor pool was heated as it was pretty cold and I think adding lawn chairs to sunbathe in the outdoor garden area off the indoor pool would be the way to go.”

“I loved the way they renovated the rooms but still kept the history in the building. It was raining when we went but we managed to hang out at the pool for a couple hours in the sunshine and it was amazing! The only thing that caught me off guard is that I wasn't verbally reminded of the parking fees so when they invoiced me for two days of parking after my stay it was a bit of a shock, but I guess that was my fault too. The rooms are super quiet and it's in the heart of downtown which I loved!……

“Everything was excellent until morning. There was no shampoo in the shower and I called the front desk and they said they would bring it up. Never got it so I was not happy about that.”

“Considering the property was under renovation I felt everything was excellent from cleanliness to ease of check-in and check-out. Our only issue was the delay in the elevators on a particularly busy night and we couldn't find the stairs to take them instead. We opted to buy an ice cream from the lobby and waited on a plush seat which was pleasant. There was one elevator that had issues every now and then that caused a small delay and/or backup at times.
