Beautiful meticulous grounds, rooms, staff, meals, and amenities… all within walking distance of cable cars and funicular trains up to spectacular sights and hikes. We were visiting during the shoulder season… assuming that was likely the reason there was construction noise for road repair outside our window starting at 7am for a few days of our stay. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our time in Ortisei!”

“The hotel rooms and parking are excellent. The dining room staff and food were also excellent. However, the front desk staff were not consistent. While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!”
