They took my phone number but I had to call them
Finally was able to get in after 5 PM
No Waters in the room
No slippers
No robes
No Q-tips
Difficult time with the plug on the tub
Phone did not have menu to order room service

“I love Hotel SLO and have stayed there several times. It’s a beautiful property, in the middle of downtown, with ridiculously comfortable beds and an excellent staff. Unfortunately, the last couple times I’ve stayed there have been some maintenance issues in the rooms that have not been addressed. The door to our bathroom was very difficult to slide and all in all everything in the bathroom was loose, tired, and needed attention. It feels like Hotel SLO is riding on its laurels and not working……
