"We had an issue with our aircon on arrival which turned out to be building wide. Carol who was a brilliant front of house changed our room twice so we had aircon. It's a quiet little village but has a couple.of lovely restaurants. I enjoyed a dip in the pool. Unfortunately their spa was shut on Monday when we would have been able to use it. Lovely stay. "

"Business trip for two nights. Shame about the lack of Bar Staff in the evenings. When having evening meetings over a drink it is annoying to have to go to the reception to get some service at the bar !"

"A beautifully renovated hotel in a beautiful setting. Our check-in was poor. Unhelpful, rude and not a single smile. The rest of the staff were lovely. Ate at the poolside twice. Two really average salads. Two terrible tasteless filled bagels. Both were burned. Both accompanying ‘salads’ were consisted of iceberg lettuce and a cherry tomato. We laughed, other than the price. Parking was ridiculously expensive. Outside terrace and all public areas and pool were beautiful. An easy walk into...

"The staff is incredible and super helpful! The view from the room is so beautiful and we loved taking advantage of all the amenities of the hotel. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Bandol!"
