“We love staying at this hotel and have always had great experiences in the past. However, during this visit, we noticed that the overall cleanliness was not up to the standards we have come to expect. One of our beds had someone else's hair in it, which was disappointing. We also booked a room with two queen beds, but the beds appeared to be full-size instead. During breakfast, I noticed a significant buildup of dust on a light fixture and a nearby mirror, which raised concerns about the hotel's……

“Oceanfront room was fine, some areas outdated. Common hall areas dirty, same crumbs and garbage sitting in areas all 3 days we were there. Pool and hottub was drained so closed for 24 hours, so unable to use. Pool area is very humid and smells like chemicals and mildew, makes it hard to breathe and want to use. Bathroom in pool area filthy. Garbage on lawn/grounds in common outdoor areas that also never got picked up. We had free breakfast with our room which was nice but it took over an hour……

“Kids Pool needs fixed a bit. Nice to have laundry, Starbucks. Parking should be free. $35 to rent umbrellas a day is insane”

“Great place! Loved the location. AC wasn’t working but the owner and property manager tried very hard to resolve the issue. Communication was great during our stay and the house was clean and exactly how it’s listed. I would absolutely recommend this place and will book again in the future!”
