"The view from the balcony was spectacular and the water color unbeatable! The pool was very large divided into a shallow side and a deep side - both large enough to not feel crowded. The unit was spotless and smelled fresh and clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking and eating in. The beds were comfortable and the unit spacious. Our family of 6 were comfortably accommodated."

"This was a very nice apartment for rent.”The Landing” is a company who rents apartments from a complex and furnishes the apartments to rent out for one night or for a month or more. Everything was spot on! Some places you rent for short term, they ask you to wash your bedding etc before leaving. None of that! It’s a very quiet community, dog park, pool. "Beautiful, large apartments. Huge baths and closets. The locking system did not work properly on arrival and no one there on Sunday to fix. Quiet area but not close to restaurants or beach. Sofa and chair were very uncomfortable and beds were hard. Great having all the appliances incl.washer & dryer. We mainly had the pool to ourselves. Good value for a long stay. "

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "
