"upgraded to a fantastic suite with terrific view on the executive floor. checked in after 1:30 am and they were very gracious. Had only booked the hotel for 2 nights so the next day tried to extend another 4 nights and was told all rooms were booked. After great help from the manager and ms. fosuzen at the front desk, we were able to negotiate for a special price to continue to use the suite. Suzen had a smile on her face the whole way. Will certainly stay there again next time."

"ショッピング街の中にあって、何かと便利でした。1Fはお店のフロアと直結していているので、部屋からコート要らずです。ペットボトルの水のサービスも良かったし、バスタブとシャワーのスペースが別なのも嬉しいですね。 ネットのセキュリティが厳しくて、使い切れなかったのが残念でした。"

"예약한 방이 없어서 큰 방으로 업그레이드를 받았습니다. 불필요하게 너무큰 사이즈의 방이 부담스러웠으며, 저녁에는 방 옆쪽에 위치한 행사장에서 정리를 하는 소음이 너무커서 편하게 잠을 자기 어려웠습니다. 이 호텔의 모든 프론트 직원들은 정말 상냥하지만, 영어를 능숙하게 다루는 사람이 없어서 결제할때는 불안하기까지 했습니다. 기본적인 영어는 필요할것 같습니다."
