"Rooms we're perfect and very clean and smart. Pool areas we're good. Only thing that let's this property down is the staff, it is very hit and miss, some staff we're unbelievable and others we're rude. We rented 2 bikes and they both broke then we tried to use an adverstised Hotels.com bar discount and they took it really funny and tried to do anything not to give it us"

The accommodation is nice and very comfortable, and the staff is wonderful — very friendly and helpful. The only point is that the cleanliness could be improved a little. Spotless rooms, with spacious bath/shower, really nice poolarea and the white beach is like instagram! Only negative, you need shoes to go in the ocean, and you have to walk a distanse to swim. "

"My second stay at this hotel. Always an excellent choice! Rooms are large and comfortable. Food is excellent. Movies on the beach every night. Pool is exceptional. 24-hour workspace off the lobby with air conditioning. International outlets everywhere. And now they have a cafe and a convenience store. But the absolute best part are the sunsets. ❤️❤️"

"I absolutely loved this place, after hustle and bustle at Bali you can simply recharged your battery there. Hotel location is perfect and every day you can witness the most beautiful sunsets ever. Everyone At hotel is super friendly but I would like to mention KARIN. She is extremely professional and customer service she provides in such a natural and charming way was a highlight of my stay there. I must say it was my 5th hotel in Indonesia and far the best and thanks to KARIN my stay there was super special. I cant wait to return and I already recommended it to few of my friends."
