「I didn’t stay because you double booked the property! If you haven’t reimbursed me I’m going to sue your company!」

「Several issues raised on the first day which were not resolved. These issues were simple to fix. Eg missing bath plug 」

「Gorgeous view and spacious property. Walkable to the shops and also buggie included. Great air con system. Well equipped kitchen. Baby high chairs and portacots included. The pool in the complex is lovely for a dip on a hot day.」

「Perfect location between Catseye beach and the the marina. We loved our stay and definitely will go back. Highly recommend.」

「Excellent location, apartment was spacious & facilities were very good. Terrace was amazing with stunning views.」

「Hamilton Islamd was a dream, the buggy made getting about a breeze. The accommodation is great, spacious and we had a few lovely BBQs on the balcony, it is quite tired in places but was spotlessly clean, with enough dishwasher/laundry detergent to last our holiday and we loved our time there.」

「Property walking distance to yacht club and shops which was really fantastic. The buggy needed servicing as it was so slow (overdue (told by the mechanic as he fixed up a seatbelt issue). The view and property layout just brilliant and very friendly and helpful staff that helped out with a phone call away. The pool is just gorgeous too! Thank you - we will be back. 」

「Perfect apartment with a view to remember 」

「Great location for afternoon sun, good size etc. Had an issue when asking if we could have some extra towels, simple request made 3 times, only to finally to get a very unhelpful lady of the phone. Just a case of poor skills with communication, and rudeness. Appears the turnaround time of customers is too tight for the cleaners, as we felt the cleanliness was substandard when when we arrived, also mold in showers and lack of care apparent. We did spot a team of cleaners the next day, and to be...

「The view was spectacular. The birds were cheeky and will steal food if left unattended. Buggy was convenient and easy to use. Staff were very helpful」
