“Wij hebben onwijs genoten van ons verblijf hier. Het personeel is allemaal even vriendelijk, de stranden en de zee zijn waanzinnig. Bedjes bij het zwembad en strand zijn top. Eten is ook erg goed, zowel ontbijt als diner. Wij hadden halfpension en de drankjes zijn niet goedkoop, maar dit hadden we wel verwacht. De kamer was prima. Schoon, alles wat je nodig had, maar niet overdreven luxe. De spa was ook goed. Lekkere massage gehad, wederom wel weer prijzig, maar prima. Kortom, heel fijn……

“I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”

“面临大海，私家海滩非常棒，海水清澈，以欧美客人为多，酒店接待，服务都比较热情，房间不算大，带着两件行李，有些局促”

“服务态度热情但是效率太低，2016年1月和11月两次入住都是早上9点过到达酒店，交涉把部分房间大床分开或者加床（其实在预订的时候已经说明，但是毫无结果），要求客人晚上18点旅游回饭店前做好这些工作，但是两次都是没完全准备好，耽误部分客人入住时间。其次，本来预订了11.12.13日两天房间并且全额付款，居然13日早上接班的工作人员通知我们今天该退房，最后，经过核实才确认应该是入住2天，显得一点都不严谨。最严重的是，11月13日早上发现本人的电动刮胡刀在房间丢失，好在本人在非洲工作多年，还与工作人员交流不成问题，总台也做了情况调查，由于本人3个小时后就要离开酒店，告知酒店如果找不回来的话，就要报警，居然在我们出发前一个小时莫名其妙的回到房间（可能是趁我中途下楼交涉的时候放进去的），如果换做其他客人或者客人没发现的话，恐怕也就认栽。如果这样下去的话，恐怕客人怕住这个酒店了。”

“Amazing views and clean. All staff were passionate, welcoming and made our holiday special. Specially chef vichy and team, and Jesh and team in the restaurant. C bar and beach bar staff always happy to prepare those mocktails and special teas for us. Beach location was ideal. Pool areas all excellent ”

“Mooi hotel met beperkt uitzicht op een stukje van de baai. De stoep voor het hotel licht wat scheef en de entree komt niet zo luxe over. De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast. Ontbijtbuffet is prima maar wordt saai omdat er geen variatie was. Personeel is vriendelijk”

“Perfection at every level! I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time. The Oceanview room was nice. Coffee machine, kettle, slippers, fridge (with fizzy drinks), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body bath were all available in the room. The pool and gym were nice. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. Always smiling and going the extra mile. We took 2 private tours from the hotel. Reasonably priced. We……

“Let’s start with Rohan the manager. He was incredible helpful happy and just couldn’t do enough to help you. And this was only the beginning. The staff every single one ! Happy and helpful. Not a common sight but this was truly appreciated. Kishan at the beach bar a wonderful human. Always jolly quick with drinks. Rai one of his colleagues also the same just fantastic. Soburan the towel lady was phenomenal asked about the holiday what we were up to genuinely Engaging with holidayers. The boat……
