“We had a great stay here. Great room and location. Very clean. Loved that we only had to walk 2 min till we were on the white sand and soon were in the turquoise water. Loved the proximity to nearby towns if we wanted to staff communicated clearly and promptly. Would stay again!!”

“The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate……

“The good things about this resort was the pool and beach areas. We also liked the numerous pools around the property if you didn't want to go to the big pool near the beach. That's was about it everything else we did not appreciate. We stayed in villa 602 that needs major updating before it is rented again. There were stains all over the sofas to the point I didn't even want my family sitting on them. The hall sink was stopped up and we contacted maintenance about it the day we got in but they……

“Upon arrival we noticed the parking was terrible, very tight signage wasn’t great to figure out where you were supposed to park. The elevators were down the first day which made doing anything nearly impossible unless you wanted to tackle 16 flights of stairs. Upon entry noticed juice boxes were left on the balcony and the tables were filthy. The light in the bedroom with twin bunk beds was hanging from the ceiling to which my husband fixed. “The beach view is incredible. You could not ask for a better view. The resort is family friendly, we had so much fun. We didn’t have much dealing with staff other than at gate checkins and they were all wonderful. The condo was clean enough. It had dust in the vents that we actually worried about and the washer/dryer combo was a bit rundown as are the appliances. The microwave was broken and you had to juggle it around to get it to work. Also, the washcloths could definitely be replaced. But the……

“I love the condo but the construction at the site made it a little difficult to find the office but overall great place to stay. I would recommend to a friend.”

“Check in was horrible. 10 deep and only one attendant in the lobby of resort. Make sure you have your parking passes already completed before getting in this line. Condo itself was nice but attention to detail, no Keurig coffee pot, cosmetic issues of maintanence from guest to guest but most importantly AC DID NOT WORK FIRST DAY. On the positive, the management company was very hospitable to us and a technician was on site by 2pm the next day. Overall, no fault of the owner of this condo, resort……

“Everything was clean , and exactly how it was supposed to, the only disappointment was any of the 3 tvs work! We call and they supposed to sent somebody to fixed it and never went, and no blender .”

“Communicating with the rental property wasn’t good, didn’t receive check in information and had to call multiple times to get different access codes. The property itself was clean and very nice and the beach was private and well maintained. Onsite property management was helpful.”
