「This is an absolutely beautiful, serene place to stay, you are fully immersed in nature. The lodges are so comfortable and stylish, we slept so well. The food was absolutely delicious. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were spotless, with fabulous lake views. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming in the heat. Lots of activities on offer, you are really cared for. 」

「They placed me in a room that reeked of mold and mosquito chemicals. When I requested a different room, the staff sprayed deodorant in the one next to mine—I could hear it clearly. When I asked about it, she confirmed it. That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the property within minutes, wheezing and with a pounding headache.」

Veel teveel geld!! Ik beveel dit hotel NIET aan. (De kok en het overige personeel was aardig en behulpzaam).」
