“Breakfast super”

“There was no refrigerator in the room. When I went to pick up my car, I gave them the ticket. They lost the ticket and I waited for over 20 minutes to get my car. The room had no bottled water and I found out when I was leaving that bottle of water was served free to all rooms. It was a two bedroom room and one of the beds seem to have collapsed and never been fixed. Much lower than the other bed.”

“We were delighted. The views were amazing! The staff members and personnel, very nice and respectful. Ms. Milic at the front desk was very polite and professional. We are more than happy to be there to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Thank you and God bless you.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”
