Now for the specifics: coffeemaker in the room is a plus, great bed and pillows, staff always professional and friendly, good bar, location is great for downtown wandering. Last but definitely not least, the bar allows guests to take their drinks to their room. So handy on a late night!”

“I reserved this room specifically for the jetted tub. The stopper to keep it from draining did not work, and it was leaking from the bottom which rendered it unusable. They gave me free parking and breakfast vouchers which I personally felt was insufficient to make up for it. Also, it was under renovation, which had things feeling a bit dangerous as one can imagine. I would like to emphasize that the staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. I am simply expressing my concerns about the property……
