“Poor service from reception. Asked for wine opener, and waited for 30 minutes, called again, reception asked me to go down reception to pick up by myself, after went down, she told me they only have ONE opener in whole hotel, and asked me to go up again to bring the wine down. So ridiculous: 1st > big hotel with only ONE opener. 2nd > staff let me waited 30 mins, then asked me come down, but then asked me go up again to bring the wine instead… Never experienced such chaotic service.”

“very nice room with view. The curtains blacks out the room completely for a good night sleep. Thoughtful to have a steamer in the room and fridge ... etc. ”

“Nothing special ”

“Smelly and dirty carpet. Very limited breakfast variety.”

“All good!”

“Lage nahe Bolongaro-Palast, Main und Alststadt Hoechst. Gutes Fitness-Center.”

“Free access to the water land up to 10pm is a great experience. Restaurant serves tasty food with nice service. Room is clean and bed is comfort.”

“Our stay at this hotel was okay. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The downside was that the air conditioner was not working properly, even after the technician went to adjust it, and the room was too warm. Also, it was a little bit of a hassle to have to ask for TP because it was not refilled as we are used to in other hotels. Other than that, everything else was ok.”
