"This was false advertising. Property name is not the same and their app did not work and we could not get into the property NOR get anyone on the phone. We spent 2 hours on the phone to try and get in and finally had to book another hotel. And it’s been a week and my money has yet to be returned even though Expedia said they would refund me "

"This is, by far, one of the greatest stays we have ever had! The cabin was brand new and was impeccable from the bathroom to the living space, to the pizza grill. The mini kitchenette was stocked with everything we would need, including beautiful local pottery and glassware. "We celebrated our 36th anniversary; we did not share that with the hotel. We had a wonderful day, enjoyed a welcome complimentary fall drink before heading over the bridge to Jianna's for a wonderful meal. Came back to a comfy bed with a fluffy comforter. We did not stay for coffee, which would have been nice, but we had a nice stay."
