“As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The……

“Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not……

“Hotel sky-in, aky-out, bem localizado. O atendimento de balcão acontece apenas algumas horas do dia ( tomar cuidado, pois quando chegar a recepção pode estar fechada ). Devido a política de sustentabilidade o hotel não limpa os quartos diariamente, muito menos tem troca de toalhas diariamente. Durante minha estadia de 5 dias, não houve troca de toalhas. O principal ponto negativo é a comida! Hotel oferece pensão completa, porém a qualidade e a variedade da comida não é boa. Comida sem tempero,……

“Heureusement qu'il y a le ski ...sinon bof! Bien cher pour ce que c'est! Sale! appart, divan, tapis, vaisselle.....ect. ( plus jamais là) et je suis pas un difficile...mais il y a un minimum. Ils profitent des belles pistes et be beau domaine, ils oublient de fidéliser et promouvoir leurs propres établissements. ”

“After reading the reviews online I was pretty worried that we were going to arrive to a messy, downrun and unsuitable accommodation however we were pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean and was very suitable for a weeks stay. Plenty of room. One downside was there was only one small sofa bed in the lounge, after a long day on the slopes it would have been nicer to be comfy. There was only one shower, which in an apartment for 8 was tough and it was in the an en-suite. Other than that a……

“The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.”
