「Nothing was unique. The property look ran down. The pool had no water in it to swim. The floor 5 which I stayed had no ice machine, just a room for one. Rooms service comes every two days for clean bedding, towels and empty trash. No security are on staff as I sit outside and watch an altercation between three black men.」

「Had a great stay. Kelly the bartender made excellent drinks! Chef Al made a delicious chicken pesto pasta and Tim the valet. I don’t remember the front desk clerk but she was super friendly!」

「We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well.
Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone...

「The grounds and the rooms are absolutely beautiful and well kept. Mark and Rhonda are amazing hosts and you can feel the passion for serving their guests. Their head cook Josh created some amazing breakfasts that any food connoisseur would relish. But it did not stop there.
