"I had to call an after hours phone number to get my access code because they didn’t send the email over I was told to wait for. I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia). "Our family has been renting vacation homes in the Orlando area for over 10 years. We've stayed in several different communities but now only rent in Reunion due to the quality of the homes and central location for golf and local attractions. We have grown accustomed to the homes being immaculate and the customer service second to none.
