Rowayton 4 Stars Hotels

"The history of the Mansion was unique"

"Breakfast in the morning was a terrific addition to an already pleasant stay."

"I flew from Idaho to New York for surgery and didn’t want to stay in a traditional hotel, so we booked Hyatus Luxury Residences. The apartment was clean, quiet, and perfect for recovery. The host was incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. If I ever have to fly back to New York, this is definitely where I’ll be staying again! ❤️"

"It was a fraude. You pay but property Is not to rent. I lost my money."

"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

"Beautiful place and very nice hosts"

"Great location and price for a clean and comfortable room. "

"Brand new space. Our room was so clean!! Smelled clean. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery store. The game room was so much fun. Our host was the absolute best. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excited to return."

"Well maintained, adorable, and clean! We will definitely be staying there again."

"Rooms were very clean, well decorated however bathrooms were not. Parking was accessible and perfect. Some appliances did not work like iron stained my clothes and coffee machine did not work. Everything else was fine. "
