“We had to be moved to another unit because of HVAC issues. The apartment was great aside from that (and the one we were moved to was also great) and the value was great. One star deducted because the communication process that was required to make the switch and generally get it dealt with was cumbersome and inconvenient, with the property management, local Landing management, and the Landing phone hotline all being less-than-perfectly coordinated (especially after hours/over the weekend),……

“came in town for a wedding, bridesmaids were coming to do their hair at my rental, walked in dirty linens, not changed or cleaned, bed unmade, dirty floor and dirty towels. I had to clean the apartment the first part of my trip. ended up having to go to alternate location. nice place and apartment and amenities. very disappointed in the cleaning aspect. ”
