「Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.」

「Osprey apartment had an large garden （probability the only among the region) which you'll hear minimum traffic at the balcony. Walking distance to the main beach/cafe area is about 5 minute, great if you are looking for a quite yet not too remote place to stay. Facility in the room is a bit out-dated, but the space is quite large with front and back balcony, all in all it's a great value if money. I'll stay here again next time.」

Although there was no daily room service, everything I needed to clean the room and sheets and towels was available. This is a cost saving measure and of course it had a lot to do with the inexpensive cost of the room.
