「Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.」

「Osprey apartment had an large garden （probability the only among the region) which you'll hear minimum traffic at the balcony. Walking distance to the main beach/cafe area is about 5 minute, great if you are looking for a quite yet not too remote place to stay. Facility in the room is a bit out-dated, but the space is quite large with front and back balcony, all in all it's a great value if money. I'll stay here again next time.」

「Great 1 bedroom unit situated on the first floor. Off street secure undercover parking. Unit was Clean, tidy, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Super comfortable bed. The unit was well presented. Pool towels included. Large private balcony, ideal for afternoon drinks and hanging wet clothes. Not much of a view but didn’t bother us. Pool was clean and a pleasant temperature. Complex was Located across the road from Coles, BWS and all the main shops and eateries on the esplanade. The beach was...

「Good view of the beach, room was clean although the floor needed a wash. Screen door to patio was unable to lock. 」

「We had an amazing view of the ocean and direct entry to the poolside. Our apartment was clean and well appointed with all we needed for a great stay! Staff Communication was excellent in arranging a late check in for us. It is well located across the road from the beach and close to cafes and the surf club. Would definitely stay there again! 」

「Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. 」
