“This hotel is so underrated! It’s a hidden gem of luxury in the suburbs. It’s impossible to find a luxury hotel outside of the city, but this is it, folks! First, it’s gorgeous and clean! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They have a full spa, restaurants, a coffee shop that exceeds my expectations every time I go and they eve have gelato! “The surrounding area was nice but This property is nothing like the unit that was advertised, and I feel completely misled. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored.
The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable. The walls are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned or maintained in years. There are bugs throughout the unit, which raises serious concerns about sanitation and hygiene. To make……
