「Le personnel est superbe les chambres manque d’entretien la plupart sont vêtustes les prix au bar sont exorbitants le restaurant laisse à désirer l’entretien au bord de la piscine est désuet j’ai quitter 4 jours avant mon départ」

「I've been agadir serval times. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Theirs no iron, moved rooms 3 times due to their being an air conditioning fault. Iron service is a joke. Promised me it will be done in 30 minutes and it was dropped off to me after 6 hours. The clothes were more straightened once they left from the washing machine then when the staff ironed it. While leaving the hotel it took the staff 45 mins to give us our luggage which lead to us nearly missing our flight. The key cards...

「Old but very well maintained hotel with beautiful architecture that represents the marocan culture vey well (Colors, shapes, arts) We enjoyed the local restaurants bars inside the hotel Staff were very nice and welcoming The pool the beach the area made our stay amazing」

「Very good breakfast buffet with so many items. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious rooms, nice pool. Staff keep this hotel clean all the time. Hot water never get hot enough. Good AC. Enough TV channels. Not good internet because some sites were blocked, we had no problem in other hotels in Morocco with internet sites. We had to change our room around 11 at night due to noise from football watching people in the cafe under our room 109. Front desk staff gave us third floor room away from that...

「Chambre propre et spacieuse, la vue sur l’océan est inégale selon les chambres. Un changement a été proposé rapidement suite à réclamation pour mauvaise vue. Le personnel est réactif quand cela est nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner pris sur place est varié et à un tarif raisonnable environ 60 dirham. La piscine est propre bien entretenue et les équipements adaptés ( transats parasols…)」
