“I love this chain and have stayed at a number of Graduate Hotels. This one felt a little empty. I didn’t feel the character of the others - maybe it’s the large lobby, maybe it’s the decor of rooms. It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven).”

“Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help……
