“As always I was pleased with my stay at this facility except for one issue. In order to park my vehicle and pay for secured parking I was required to download a parking app. This was an inconvenience for me and in no way a benefit. There was a service charge for the use of this app. In no way did I experience a benefits from this service. This new process was not brought to my attention until I arrived at this facility. No other option was offered. A very disappointing experience that provided……
